Do you take insurance? What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept payment for the exact amount only; gratuities/tips are graciously declined
for all Youniversoul services.
Checks may be made payable either to “"Adele Cox, MA, CMT”" or “"Youniversoul"” (your choice).
A $25 processing fee may be assessed for checks returned by the bank.
In-person credit/debit card payment is currently unavailable. However, monthly direct-client billing and/or on-line payment via Paypal are available by prior arrangement; be sure to discuss with Adele before your appointment.
Cash is strongly discouraged.
Payment is preferred at the beginning of the session, but must be submitted prior to
the end of the same session. Receipts for services are available upon your request.
Since I do not make medical or mental health diagnoses that can be tracked by an
insurance administrator, the work I do is not covered by standard medical
insurance. However, my services may be covered under your health plan's "Complementary and
Alternative (CAM)" plan or "out of plan provider" support. You may also be eligible for insurance reimbursement should your doctor or chiropractor prescribe manual therapy for injury rehabilitation. As health care plans vary, it is best to
check with your provider.
Also, if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Flexible Spending Account,
check with your account representative to find out if my services qualify under your plan's
health and wellness coverage.
You may also be able to deduct your fees as a medical deduction on your Federal income tax;
check with your tax advisor.
